Insurance

At Behavior Wise, our providers are currently out-of-network with all insurance plans. This means that parents are responsible for paying the full rate for services at the time of the appointment, on a weekly basis. After each session, a paid invoice will be provided along with a superbill containing the necessary details for submitting a claim to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Below are the procedure codes, titles and our practice rates for your reference: 

97151 - ABA Assessment & Full Written Report: $900-$1200

97153 - ABA Therapy Session: $150/hr

97155 - Supervision & Programming: $150/hr

97156 - Parent Training: $150/hr

97154 - Social Skills Group: $100/45 minutes

We recommend that you contact your insurance company directly to inquire about reimbursement rates for each service listed. Please keep in mind that reimbursement amounts and coverage are determined by your individual insurance policy.
